The Onboarding "Welcome Sign" is potentially difficult to read

The Welcome Sign's background colors change based on the profile theme of the selected message author, while keeping the text white. This is…not great for readability if you can't change your profile's theme colors.

Can we maybe change this so that the background and text colors can be set independently for this feature? I see no reason why it should be controlled by what icon I choose to use, especially if the colors are being auto-selected.

A photo taken of the "Welcome Sign" preview under the Onboarding settings tab for a Discord server. The text on the sign is hardly legible due to being white text on a very light pink background.

    It wasn't like this some days ago. Awfull update. We should be able to choose the colors.

    I second this, it's really annoying that we don't have control over this. Automatic theming is not smart and not contrast friendly. It also breaks the overall look and harmony being purely subjective.
