Account's at very limited.
It all started on April 23rd when I got a message from the Discord system saying my account had limited access. Here's what happened:
I joined a server by an owner to help and keep his server friendly as a moderator, but some members were posting a very hateful stuff. (Which is against Discord's Tos) Even though I didn't say anything hateful, my account got at very limited because of their behavior. I could have banned them a long ago, but the owner gave them too many chances.
I sent an appeal to get my account back, but now I am very worried. I looked up similar stories on forums and found that others had trouble getting their accounts back too. It makes me scared to think I might lose my 7-year-old account with over 500 friends.
Is there a good way to get Discord's support to listen to me?

I have my account at restricted I tried to contact them but no replies back at any of my tickets except for the canned response best option is to leave the server for me I don't know which server it is so I will have to leave them all lol

The same happened to me, now my account has access to all features again but the status of very limited account is still there and it says that it will be there for 2 more years, so my account is vulnerable to get deleted if something like this happens again.

I am having this issue too.
Twice in a week my account has been VERY limited.
I dont know what I did, or why my account is being limited by support wont answer me and is just closing my tickets without response.

I have the same problem. The only response from Discord Support was, that it was my fault to be on that server. I asked them if I have to read every message on every server I am on every day. There was no response. I asked the same question on X. There also was no response. I‘m very angry because I did nothing wrong.
