Got Account back! "got caught in our spam filter."
So it took discord a lil over 2 days to Lift my disabled account due to being hacked.
Got a message finally on my ticket saying my ticket “got caught in our spam filter.”

You ticket might be flagged as it was for me, and they will just ignore the Ticket.
What you wanna try is Make another Ticket on a Different account, even if its brand new and Inform them about your ticket so its not in discord Spam filter.
I made another ticket on my Old account and they answered directly and then 3 hours later they lifted my Ban.

Can I ask what did you wrote on your ticket from your other email? Because I already sent a ticket from another account regarding my hacked account. I did that because I think the discord marked my main email as a spammer because I sent 5 tickets on the same day due to panick. I choose the option “hacked account” and then the discord send this

After that, they closed my ticket. But two days ago, I reopen the same ticket and telling them that my main email maybe marked as a spammer and try to tell them that I’m not a spammer. The ticket is still open and I’m still hoping.1 -
My account is still in their spam filter, I just hate how sometimes their automated support doesn’t recognize my email, when my email is correct

bruh my account gets caught in their spam filter everytime i try to join a new server, usually the previous times it only took like 2-3 days. but this time its taking 5+ days
