Discord won't help me. My account is hacked.
It has been almost 4 months. I first waited about 3 for discord to just close my ticket with absolutely no help at all, and I never once interacted with a human. I tried to contact the BBB, where discord said in response each time they were asked to respond that the issue would be entirely figured out through the ticket, which they acknowledged how they closed my first ticket, and I had a new open ticket. They then closed that ticket too.
I have been just making new ticket after new ticket after they keep closing them. I never talk to any human. This seems absolutely hopeless.
I was contacted by the hacker who posed as my friend, and I ended up downloading a file that stole my passwords from chrome, and took my discord account. They tried to extort me, and I have been struggling all this time with medical issues, because vital and sensitive information regarding it was contained on the account.
I desperately ask for help regaining my account. If anyone that works for discord reads this, please help me. The type of hack I believe is called a RAT attack.

I am getting the same experience my recent ticket they didn't do anything and just marked it as solved.

same issue for me aswell. 3 months and counting. everything ththey just say “we can't help you here”…

What is the point of making a ticket for a stolen/hacked account, when they won't do anything about it?
This is what happens over and over again, and I never have a human help me.

So they did this to you too huh. I'm on the same boat for trying to get my hacked account back but it looks like a lot of people got their tickets closed like this today for no particular reason including me

I think it might be a myth that anyone gets their account back
