Editing unban reason & administrator info in ban log

Hey, probably you've already read some posts about this topic. 

It's really frustrating that administrators don't have the ability to edit the reason of a ban.

For example… today as a moderator we had people joining the voice channel we were speaking in, they started trolling, shouting, using unnecessary sounds. Obviously, we had to react quickly so we didn't have the time to write reasons. We can unban them and ban them again tough… but it certainly would be much more easier if could just edit the reason after we banned a user.

Secondly, if we search a member in the member list above the channels and open the moderation view tab, in the moderation log we can see if the member was banned before and by whom the user has been banned. This way you only know who banned the user if the user is unbanned and joined the server again. You can't get this information from the ban log in the server settings which would be definitely way more reasonable.
