False underage ban appeal shouldn't only accept photo ID as proof.
Aside from slow reply time and canned context, a particular thing I can't accept is in order to appeal, you need to give your photo ID to Discord.
When you started using Discord and registering new account, Discord only require your birthday but not your real name (this could be done on Nitro payment), not your gender. How Discord can able to verify the info we hand in is valid?
From many cases around here and reddit, even some users got disabled for second time, which means Discord doesn't store or flag user as valid from the past appeal either, so data we provide have no guarantee for our future usage safety.
If Discord don't have a proper procedure to deal these two points in the first place, then Discord shouldn't treat photo ID as only way to verify. Which I saw as “high standard” as requirement to proper use a messaging service.
Any real life billing and Nitro receipt with related payment invoice should treat as valid, too. Since most real life billing and credit card requires you to be 18 in the first place, which already fulfill the 13 yrs old requirement.
