Server owner/ creator should get punished not the people who join

For example I got wrongfully band on my old account because a server I was never in got band for being a risk? I only Join servers to try to make new friends nothing else. Idk why my account got a big risk ban when I was even in the server currently? But yea server owner should get introuble of baning not the users in my opinion
