Discord trust and safety
Dear Discord Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my Discord account.
Recently, my account was automatically suspended by a Discord bot, prompting me to submit a ticket to Discord Trust & Safety for assistance. Despite my efforts and the passage of the last 9 days, I have yet to receive a response. In the interim, I have dedicated considerable time to researching similar experiences faced by other users.
I am disheartened to report that all of my Trust & Safety tickets remain open, with no resolution in sight even after 5 to 9 days. Conversely, support tickets of a different nature have either been automatically closed or responded to by human agents unable to provide assistance.
As a long-time enthusiast of Discord since its inception in 2015, I have not only utilized the platform extensively but have also contributed to its community by creating attachments and even establishing a business within Discord itself.
It is with a heavy heart that I urge Discord to reconsider the automation of account handling processes, especially given their significance to users. Additionally, I implore Discord to prioritize swift support for individuals appealing account actions, particularly in cases of automatic bans.
Thank you for considering my concerns. I trust that Discord shares my commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all users, and I remain hopeful for a swift resolution to this matter.

Noob4Ever initially i got restricted use of my account for “unauthorized adult content” or something like thst from 1100 days ago. Then it got suspended and i got a generic email. Mind you im sure ive said or posted some wild stuff but nothing worse than the other people in those communities and mind you that was while i was a youngin… havent done that in literal years

I think that's currently a huge issue because I read that we're not the only people..
I've been desactivated because I failed a captcha..
I sincerly hope we will get our account back

Same issue as well here I received an discord email and informed my account has been suspended. I was follow all the intrusion until now no response on trust and safety side. All my job has been on hold because of discord

My account was hacked and I'm mostly in the dark about it for 9 days already. Had a human respond, but all they did was tell me they “couldn't give me an estimate response time” and that it would be eventually addressed by someone. Good grief, now I'm supposed to wait for an indeterminate amount of time, as the hacker scams people using my account, and my prepaid year of nitro runs out. Nice support discord, how I love when a support service straight up tells me they'll only do something about my account when they feel like it.
