My account got disabled

I've sent multiple tickets over the month after my account got Disabled for “being under 13” I've sent a request to “Update Information” but haven't gotten anything back. Side note I've sent a legal document with my selfie and username. Just want to know the wait up. Sincerely, Jvacxp
