Update this friends list bug

Discord need to remove this horrible feature because I'm tired of being put on cool down mode or limited access because IM TRYING TO RE ADD MY FRIENDS ON MY NEW DISCORD ACCOUNT . Other social media app let you follow as many people u want or transfer your friends to Your new account . But discord sadly don't so remove cool down or don't let it effect friends and friends list
