Support System Failure

I haven't received a single meaningful response from discord in email form, iit has all been automated and my explanation of events has not even been looked at by anybody before being discounted entirely, I was hacked, and through that, without any input from me, the hacker breached discords terms of service which caused it to be disabled. Upon request to get back into my own account, I was simply told through an automated email that my account would not be reinstated, my entire explanation of events was not at all acknowledged, nor was the fact it was not even me on the account, nor was I even enlightened as to what the hacker did to breach terms of service at all, this is genuinely really sad and I have no clue what I did wrong to deserve this other than make a mistake in downloading malware, why discord feels the need to punish me without even letting me speak to a human is disgusting.
