I'm sorry but I can't believe that the Discord team CAN'T access accounts, it's just pure bull***t. The dude that hacked me is still using my account and he can hack lots of people.

Tell me about it, I got the same response, AND THIS my ninth time writing them. For information I have submitted one at a time, and they just keep saying they can't do anything about this. What kind of support is this? Are we customers a joke?

Yeah exactly, it feels like we're just money machines that are worth paying attention to only when we buy Nitro or other bulls***t things.

Pretty ridiculous. I'm having the same issue. They mark my issue solved, tell me not to open a new ticket regarding the same issue while also telling me there's nothing they can do about it. I had another ticket just telling me to make a new account. Can we get some actual support rather than automated responses?
