video chat bubble shape overlay on game screen

I have an amazing idea and I would love to see this add to the new feature for the accessibility for the discord. I would like to able to use the discord video bubble on the game screen to chat my other deaf gamers with the sign language but its hard for me to focus on the game and look at other monitor to talk to my deaf gamers same time. 
I know the discord do have pop up for the video chat bubble on the Discord app but its won't let me to move into other program(game). AND its not included individual videos also, Its group.  
Its would be great benefits for our community to able to enjoy play the game and interact with our friends since we all can't hear from the MIC.
