What happens to deleted account's e-mails?

My account was disabled and ive been appealing to it for over a week, sending well over 10 appeals and i constantly kept getting solved over and over again despite me doing what was asked to reinstate my account, so i scheduled it for deletion, what happens to the email associated to it? Do i get to use it on a new account or is it permanently stuck there even if the account is deleted?

    They did that to me until my account got deleted, it's sad.

    raka.ni  did you manage to make another account with the same email?

    I didn't try that I made another account with a different email, so I don't know if you can.
