allow the ability to use custom notifications sounds

I could of sworn we had this before but with the new UI it was removed. I would really love it back as it help me know what was discord and what wasn't. If It was discord I knew to check it. As a long time nitro member I need this back.

  on Samsun you can change the notification sound for each application (I don't know if it works on IOS or other Android phones ) 

  Settings>Apps>Discord>Notifications>Notification Categories tap on a category like Direct Messages and tap Sound and select Discord default Notification sound (you have to download it) and put it in the "Notifications" folder if you don't have one you can create it
