Ability to retrieve more profile data right of the bat

Currently, the only way to retrieve user data, to be exact information about linked accounts, is only possible through oauth2. While I understand that this may be due to privacy concerns, I think it's pointless. People who really want to find out someone's data can just create an account and look at the data through the client or even reverse engineer the API. So there are ways to get that data. I would reeealy appreciate it if there was an official way to do this cause obviously I'm not going to do any of the listed above.

Example of a use case: I am making a Discord bot that's supposed to give users a Contributor role based on the Pull Requests submitted to one of our repositories.
