filter nsfw images on search bar

I know discord isnt all ways about nsfw but i do find it concering that images auto save from dms  onto the media section of the search bar. Time and time again asked it to be looked at but no answers. Anyone can grab your phone and see what pics you get sent or send i find it ok for funny ones but all images really I do feel like this is a huge red flag that needs adressing as soon as possible next update im hoping
