Discord keeps resolving my issue

I’ve already wrote about my account being hacked but I just keep getting automated messages, should I just keep making tickets?

I just need a person to review my ticket, why does it keep getting solved and an automated message, it’s so frustrating, I don’t know how to get their attention.
