My account was permanently suspended

my discord account was permanently suspended after i got 2 violations in the same second no warnings or anything and no other violations before that and its been 2 months since it was disabled and my account is not deleted yet does that mean its a temp suspension?

    mine got suspended to but i have not been on discord in months like 4 but it says that 2 months ago someone was on my account and made me underage im not underage im 14

    Absolutely identical situation. The account was blocked after giving 2 warnings in a second. It was May 28 or 29. I wrote an appeal 3-4 times describing the situation and only recently they answered me “you should have received a letter by email with the reason". I wrote again with screenshots of that letter and they are silent. It feels like they don't care. Worst support Trust&Safety.

    I think they changed it to 6 months til you're account is deleted.
