My appeal has gone unnoticed for almost a month
My account was disabled for being “underage” 25 days ago as of writing this
I have gotten pure radio silence, not even an AUTOMATED MESSAGE
I followed the steps like I was supposed to, provided everything they asked, and still got nothing
Should I make another ticket?

My account was disabled for age violations on May 20th, and my experience is the exact same as yours. The last time someone accessed or viewed my appeal was the 29th, but there was no action taken on it, not even a bot message. I also submitted everything according to the appeal process, and my appeal was sent 15 minutes after my account was suspended.
I'm not sure if you should open another ticket, because I worry it might send you further back into the queue. I heard that sometimes people reply to their open ticket to try and get a response, but I also heard that might send you back in the queue.
I have reached out to Discord Support over Twitter and Facebook, and have only received standard automated messages telling me to wait for a response. I tried asking Support over Facebook if accounts with open appeals really do get deleted after 30 days, but they said they couldn't answer the question and to read the TOS. They are absolutely no help and everything is run by bots.
If you end up replying to your open ticket or making a new ticket, I'd appreciate if you responded to the post again to let us know if anything has happened or if your ticket gets solved.
I really hope your ticket gets solved! The wait time is abysmal and I have tried everything I could think of to get my ticket looked at. There are no ways to get in contact with anyone, and not even the Discord subreddit allows people to post questions pertaining to appeals. This forum is the only place that people can go to get answers, but everyone here seems to be in the same boat where there appeal is just never addressed.

I keep contemplating whether I should reply to my open ticket to see if I can get a response, but I'm really scared about going back to the beginning of the queue. But having no response at all is killing me.

my account got banned on may 26th because i made a joke about being 10. i sent one request and i thought my request didnt go through, so i made two more. one of my request is solved, but the other two requests are still open. im currently waiting to see if anyone responds to my message, but got none :/.
i find it ironic how discord cares so much about children on discord app, yet THERE ARE PEDOPHILES LURKING ON DISCORD 24/7 and do they get reported? NO.
don't get me wrong, i understand that discord has to ban people under 13 for legal reason. at the same time, why is it that a simple joke turns into a serious consequence? there are people on discord committing a crime worse than people making a small joke. do not even get me started with the report system.
this whole situation is ridiculous and honestly, im glad i'm not the only one going through this…

kitty cat I was banned for the same thing, and I agree with you. Discord is a huge company, it makes no sense that they have such an abysmal support team, especially when these issues are so common. It's ridiculous, and the only way I can feel not alone is by reading the posts here - however I'm sad to see so many people dealing with the same problem. I really hope one of us gets a response which can give hope to everyone else.

I’m with all of you. Was suspended May 23rd and haven’t heard anything across 3 tickets. What the actual hell is this wave of bans so suddenly???

For real Senpaiithon now it's day 22 waiting for a reply I just replied to my ticket yesterday I don't know if that affected anything …but oh well

zozothebozo8751 Can you update us if your ticket gets an answer? It would be good to know if replying to your ticket really helps or not.
I am also on day 22 of waiting for a reply. I'll share what my experience has been like dealing with Support outside of the Support website.
Twitter: I sent messages to both their Twitter and Facebook multiple times. I started out with Twitter, and received a clearly automated response. It simply told me that their queue volume is currently very large, and that I have to wait to get a response. I responded another time to that same Twitter message a few days later for a follow up, but all I got was the exact same automated message.
Facebook: I sent most of my messages to them on Facebook, and it was a few days after I finished talking to them through Twitter. The first 2-3 times I messaged them on Facebook, I got essentially the same automated message that I did on Twitter. After I asked to speak to a real person, and explained that I wanted confirmation on whether my account would be deleted after 30 days even if my appeal was not even looked at, I got a response saying they can't help me. After I replied to that saying again I want to speak to a real person, they ghosted me. They read my messages, but have been ignoring me ever since.
BBB: I filed a complaint through the BBB about 2 weeks ago regarding my ticket. They first responded a few days after my initial complaint, however it was almost the exact same automated message I got through Twitter and Facebook. It essentially said that they are experiencing higher than normal ticket volume, and that they won't communicate with me through the BBB, only the Discord Support website. I immediately submitted a counterclaim in rejection of this response, and today I got another response - however, it was the exact same message that I received the first time. I submitted another counterclaim today in rejection of their automated response, and I will update if anything happens. However, I'm not very confident that it will.
If I can work up the courage, I will try and call their office. I cannot find exactly which phone number I should call from, so if anyone knows please reply to me and I will call them.
