Please help me recover my hacked account
I beg of you discord, I've been waiting over 3 months now and it feels like no progress at all is being made, every ticket I open ends up getting closed without receiving any help… Below is the last answer I received…
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE NOTHING CAN BE DONE WHEN ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS SWAP MY ACCOUNT'S MAIL BACK TO THE OLD ONE???? I don't know what to do anymore, I've lost contact with so many people dear to me because of this, so many people who have no idea why I disappeared and who I have NO WAY to contact anymore, this has also done tremendous damage to my professional life, I was admin of multiple servers including one with several hundred members, and a ton of sensitive personal data is locked away there inaccessible until I recover my account… my LIFE depends on this, I need my account back, PLEASE HELP ME, I BEG YOU!

From what i have read online we just need to keep trying until eventually someone human looks into it.
Its pretty unfair but its what we have now, just remember to keep asking for people on the last ticket you opened.
If you open more your account will be put in low priority and everything will become instantaniously solved, i think discord should hire a third party company to work as their staff or just hire more people for their staff.0 -

Third party support would be nice, i have actually gotten them to reply to the tickets i made here, however this is not the original Gmail connected to the compromised Discord, i have however in that one signed up yesterday and made out a few tickets hoping to get someone to look at it, had the reply, asked to put my Gmail in chat for them and then its just been sitting.
That was since yesterday, how long you suggest i wait before making out a new ticket for the same issue but just requesting a human on it?0 -

Honestly until you get an answer and the issue shows its “solved”.
Maybe you will get lucky and people will somehow read it and you issue will be fixed.
Other wise… im afraid you will just have to write once again, do write on the same ticket before tho.0 -

Some bad news.. the hacker changed my username, profile picture and purchased nitro on my account. Is it possible for me to still get my account back even if the username is different now?
The hacker changed my account to look exactly like the same account that I got hacked from by impersonating a discord staff member… would an appeal still work?

Congratulations on getting it back, i would appreciate if you could send a copy of your ticket so that maybe i can somehow hurry the discord personal into recovering my account.
Im hoping my chats and servers dont get deleted however since i have some chats there with someone who is unfortunately no longer present…

Gosh, it would be really sad if they removed all your contacts, especially since one has passed, im sorry to hear that…. BUT as long as you remember their username, I'm sure you can get your dms back. As for group chats and servers.. you might not be able to get those back unless someone re-invites you. If you created a server, might as well kiss it goodbye because there's no way to get it back once its deleted..
As for my ticket, I think the best thing you can do is wait. Everything I wrote in my ticket was pretty much the same thing that i wrote in all my other tickets. In fact, I even showed less proof in the ticket they responded to than the other tickets I sent out (all I showed was a screenshot of my profile). Anyways, after my first three tickets were marked as solved or had a discord staff say they couldn't help me, I just waited. Although I was active here on discord support, I never actually sent out another ticket until about a month later as you can see:
Waiting a month before sending another ticket is risky, because the hacker could do a lot of things to your account in that time like what happened to me, but I think there's a cool down period for your account. If you send too many tickets, even though they're spaced out, they automatically mark your tickets as solved. But if you wait for a while, the automatic solved thingy will do away. For me, it took about 3 weeks. After I waited 3 weeks and sent another ticket, I got a reply immediately and my account was back the very next day.

Oh and by the way!!! it doesn't matter if the hacker changed your username, you can still get your account back. I was worried i wouldnt be able to because the username, email, and password was changed (not to mention the nitro that was purchased) and in the ticket, there is a place where you have to put in your username. i didnt know if i was supposed to put in the username of my account before it was hacked, or after it was hacked. I ended up doing the user before it was hacked and i was able to get my account back.
I rlly hope yall get ur accounrs back too, lemme know if u have any other questions and ill try to help as best as i can!

Thanks for the ticket example, from what i remember your servers wont be deleted if there are other people in it (unless a server was flagged, this is as far my own research goes however so i could be wrong).
I have been given it some time and only spoken with the already created tickets, with some luck they can actually review it and solve it.

Oh ya your servers r gunna still be there alright, but everything inside of it (the chats, channels etc) will all be deleted. This might not be the case for you because u were hacked in another way, but that's what happened to me.
