I cannot upgrade my nitro subscription

Hello. I wanted to upgrade my nitro subscription and it did not work. I tried everything. Every button on my phone and every button on my computer related to nitro. I cannot upgrade my nitro subscription. Please help me. I want to go from Basic Nitro to a regular nitro. Please and thanks in advance.
