Polls enhancements
Titles and the option to create threads from it will be removed from normal polls.
You can attach media and messages to polls.
You can create them with commands.
If the server reaches a booster level, you can create “rich polls”, with a title and an auto-archive thread.
The poll options will be in the same box as where a thread would be
The poll is integrated with reactions, they are handled automatically.
There's an optional other/won't tell, to allow people to vote custom emoji's (appear above the poll, consistent with threads)
You can create a poll as a forum post, will also optionally auto close the post.
Polls should be able to not close, prevent vote removal since there's a confirm button anyways, limit a poll to a role equal or below you and be anonymous.
