[Suggestion] Add an option to select which apps will be muted while using attenuation

It would be really helpful to have an option which I wrote in the title. I'm using Nvidia ShadowPlay which detects the whole audio from pc as System sounds (screenshot below). So when using the attenuation feature from discord, even if discord is still at 100 and other apps' volumes are turned down, the discord app's volume ends up lowered down on videos (from nvidia shadowplay) as well, which makes that my friend's voices from voice channel are very quieter than mine.
