Discord Android Error Slash Commands "Interaction Failed".

I've been testing a lot of applications (apps) on a lot of bots. And I always have the same interaction error.  

I have already used all the known methods, from clearing cache or reinstalling Discord App > to defining intents, using tree commands, activating slash commands in the .dev portal, etc. 

 

(Restarting my wifi modem is completely absurd and ineffective) .
