My Account Disabled But I Didn't Do Anything

My account was deactivated 2 days ago and I'm still trying to get it back, here's how I can explain it, while I was talking to my friend on the server, another unknown friend of my friend came and asked me to send him a game invitation link, so I did, but the message did not go, it was drawn in red writing and a warning came to me from the discord official account, I didn't quite understand what happened, then at night my father asked me to install discord on his phone (my mother also uses discord because I don't use a lot of phones because I'm generally active on the app). I installed it and opened an account for him on his phone and added myself and then I wrote and sent a dot so that it would be moved to a higher level and immediately after that he threw it out of my discord account and I tried to re-enter the account for about 10 minutes but it didn't happen and then I noticed an email from discord that my account was deactivated, I immediately sent an email but they didn't even look at my emails, I have been using nitro in my account for 2 years and I have tons of friends I care about, what can I do about it, please, I really don't want to lose my account, but they don't even care about the tickets I send.

(I'm adding this later, it's been 3 days since I got my phone and the problem started the day I logged into my account from my phone, could it be caused by the phone?)
