It’s been about 14 days since I sent a ticket to discord. I’ve made 2 tickets and they are both open. How long will it take for discord to respond to me? Or are they ignoring me?

    I got lucky since I got an automated response about an week of opening an few requests. But said answer was as unhelpful as you'd expect

    mine has been pending for over 22 days… Tried to reach out to twitter and they said that only think I can do is wait on the ticket since it was out of their reach to help out…. *big sigh*
