Account Hacked For 20+ Days And Still No Help At All

What's wrong with that support team?!?! I just provided a lot of proofs that shows the staff impersonator got my account and tries to scam my friends, also provided proofs that can tell i was the real owner of the account but they still tell me to create a new account because they can't help. (Also they use bots for that) My friends also had their accounts stolen by the same person and they got their accounts back within 1 week with less proof and im still sending tickets since 20+ days ago. It's been like 15+ tickets so far and they still tell me to create a new account because they couldn't help even after that much amount of proof. For real, I'm really about to give up.

 

If support team is reading it, PLEASE USE REAL HUMAN ON THESE TICKETS!!

    It's been 5 days since I wrote my first ticket, and so far, 9 tickets have been close d by Clyde bot. On the last ticket, the last activity happened 1 hour ago, but I got no feedback from anyone, not even from the bot, so I assume someone looked at my ticket, hopefully a real person this time. The bot messages are just a bot reply to how to change my password or how to log in with a QR code. I just hope I don't have to wait for a month just to get a reply, and I don't want to keep wasting time either. Because I lost two servers with this, I am not even sure if the dude who hacked kicked everyone or deleted the servers. At least I want to know that so I can start making a new server and start building up my community from scratch.
