Account was hacked since March. Very disappointed in how the support team is handling this.
Back in March this year, I fell for the profile report scam like so many on here did. I submitted my ticket ASAP. I waited and waited and waited because I knew it would take a while. No response. No reply. What did I get? A bot reply informing me that there's nothing that can be done. Made another report, same “resolution”.
While I twiddle my thumbs patiently, the hacker on my account nuked my servers and my friends list as well as continues to scam others into this same charade folks are stuck in.
My case is nothing special but a friend of mine who actually got hacked by my hacked account managed to get his account back via discord support. I have high hopes for you all but I'm severely disappointed in how this is all handled. I have been patient beyond reason to get my account back. Discord support team, I'm aware you're understaffed, but the way you're handling this while allowing scammers to continually prey on innocent users like this and not do so much as a real person reaction is ridiculous.
Do better Discord. My account has not been resolved, I'm just very disappointed in all this.

I’m struggling right now for my account as well. It’s being used to hack people and support isn’t helping much. Lately its been marked solved without any assignment but this recent one is assigned to Discord but keeps closing. The support is very lack luster at this time.

Their support is literally nothing but a bot. Discord downfall will soon be had. Time to look for another communication service.

Discord moderation expiration date is very close lol, even the ceo got into court for child safety, what a loser
