Suggestion: Server Role and Personal Account option to dissallow DMs and friendship requests from specific roles or members of a server

I have been getting repeatedly both DM and friendship requests from random people from servers I haven't even been active in. Most of them have been trying to initiate a conversation with “Hi” and ended up trying to scam me and probably other users.
They often also are newly created accounts/new members on a server with no history of talking on them and sometimes they even leave the server they found me on initially right after sending the message.
And I was hoping that we could get a permission setting for it, that as example a specific amount of time has to pass before a new member in a server is allowed to DM/friend people on it or similar options, like being able to set up roles that can't send DMs and friendship requests to it's members and an option for personal accounts to dissallow DMs and friend requests from specific servers.
If combining this with a timer, that, as example, fresh accounts can't write DMs and friendship requests for a certain amount of time after entering a server OR would require a certain amount of activity, it could even make it easier for server bots to pick up on potential spam.
