Support wont response after 14 days

I submited a request for support and they said they would escalate to a team member but after few day they just marked it as solved and I been keep on asking for the past 14days and all i get is automated response into  solved status

    same issue here - just got bots responding to me. very frustrating when they also keep ignoring my tweets lmao

    It's frustrating when support tickets get closed without resolution. Have you tried following up directly through their garage doors customer service phone line.

    i finally got a response from someone who basically, to summarise, told me to stfu and wait for trust and safety to get back to me cus hes not gonna do anything and “isnt authorised” to do anything lol.
