Discord, please give me my account back!
Well, for some background, I mainly tended to hang out in quite an few NSFW servers and an small number of gaming ones. And yes, an handful of them have been closed, usually when I'm offline and without any prior warning. But this statement isn't about those,; since the only warnings that I've received was mainly just an notice that an server was deleted, and recently an one day restriction (well after I've been "permanently" banned)
So, what started this is that roughly two weeks ago, I was spending more time on Discord than I normally do. As I was going through my DMs, I got hit with not one, but two "Child Safety" violations in quick succession that permanently locked me out of my account. And to farther rub salt into the wound, neither one of them specifies exactly what I did wrong beyond an message (that I can no longer see) that says when they expires. And then 3 servers that I was in got deleted over the course of the next few days, so now the two violations that I mentioned are inaccessible due to an UI issue.
When my account was suspended, I unintentionally filed an ticket in the wrong category. So, I refiled my appeal and it was eventually closed without any form of acknowledgement. So over the course of the previous week, I sporadically started an new request whilst trying to reach out to them on Twitter and the only progress that I've made was an response on #46561933 that told me that my ban was temporary and it would be upheld. I specifically asked for which rules that I've broken, how long it would last and how could I appeal this. But I've been ignored for almost another week.
Right now, out of the 10 relevant tickets that I've made, only 4 have remained opened and only the one that I've made had shown any recent activity. What more do you want from me? I've already shown you my ID and username! You can't just leave people abandoned like this for nearly 2 weeks! Yes, I'm well aware that it's been expired for around an year or so; but that's something that I can't currently fix on short notice

If I wanted to contact Discord support on twitter, I've had an account there since a long time ago. But I live in a very inconvenient country for this. My Twitter is blocked (even VPN doesn't help).

I have a very unpleasant assumption, they just wait 14-30 days, and then the suspended accounts are simply deleted.

Well, someone else mentioned that their accounts have been in limbo for over an month
And I still have 4 or 5 tickets still open, so idk

Yeah I'll give you guys an update once I have just one ticket open. Rn, it's 4, but I might have jumped backwards in line because the oldest is now at 8 days instead of 16 and my id's been expired since last year

Annnd it turns out that they're running the same thing over there while maintaining an A+ rating

So, contacting them through the BBB resulted in them saying that I need to take it back to here and so far. Nothing much has happened

So, apparently, they've also been banning people just for using Discord as people normally would.

Well, it's an been over month and I made the mistake of panicking and made, like an dozen tickets because there's hardly any documentation on how the appeal process actually works.
As of today, the majority of them have been permanently closed, some with the same “it's temporary” response that prompted me to keep making them. And all but two of them have been closed. As it is, one's been sitting with no activity for around an week and the other is sitting at 14 days. I really don't know why it's so hard to just get in touch with someone. The majority of the time, I get an response either over night or within a few days. Or at the very least, an message that says that the ticket has been transferred to an different department. But with Discord, it just feels like there's no form of indication that you're being processed.

Well, it's been an little more than 5 weeks, I think. I know that this is the sixth week, at least. Everything's still stuck in limbo. Kind of an good thing. Considering how stuff can easily take an turn for the worse. But hopefully something might happen, within a week or two. Or they might surprise me with an random act of mercy in a few months like they did with that one guy on Reddit
