i said i was 12 as a joke im 17 and then the guy reported me. ive been waiting 14 days now since i first sent my ticket(s) and 5 of them got closed and 1 remained open by a bot with activity 4 hours ago. i had to send followups for 2 of them, it wouldnt even let me reopen the same ticket. i have no idea what to do!! why is discord support being so slow and why cant they just have a human review their tickets! whats the point of having bots review age identities??

    Your tickets are being closed because they are duplicates of another one that's already open. Humans review every single ticket, but when you keep opening useless tickets you just give them more work and further delay their responses.

    If you've already got an open ticket, simply wait. Don't bump it and don't open new tickets. They'll get to it eventually - sometimes after more than a month of waiting.

    Your account won't be deleted for about 3 months so just be patient.

    Lies.
    They are literally postponing the process untill automatic deletion.
    If you write correct appeal it will be marked as solved yet nothing will be done about it untill it's gone.
    Only pay nitro, only then you can have your account for over a year.
