I GOT UNBANNED!
I was banned for the underage suspension thing and after 15 days they gave me my account back! Currently 6am and I checked my email on a whim and discord asked me to reset my password and told me they lifted the suspension! This is proof discord IS here to help and they’re just taking time because they’re also human <3! Please be patient! I had no activity on my 6 tickets until yesterday morning, 5 of them had been solved by Seal and only 1 was left open. I stayed patient and in less than 24 hours my account was unbanned!

voidz dude I get you everyone’s so pessimistic here I was gonna lose hope but I had messaged discord support on Twitter and they reassured me my tickets are in the queue. It’s genuinely just a waiting game. If you aren’t underage then there’s no reason they shouldn’t give your account back!

AG, Yeah so I had dmd them on Twitter and this is how the conversation went.

Hawkeye, I had dmd them originally when I got suspended but I got no response. I dmd them again when my tickets had been closed yesterday out of desperation and they responded thankfully. I don’t believe it makes a difference but it’s useful knowing if your ticket has been received as they don’t email you confirming your ticket is in queue.

Some dude i do not believe making multiple tickets will affect your appeal. I made 6-8 and when it actually came down to a response they saw my oldest one. Just don’t make new tickets everyday (unless they permanently closed ur original ones).

voidz , yes you have to log into here discord support using the email ur account had, and once u send in ur appeal there will be a ticket number.

If possible, could you tell us what your ticket number was? That would give us an idea how far away we are from getting noticed by support.

dev, yeah i did that but it also recognized my email since i put it there, i do have my ticket number now that i logged in, i thought id be suspended here too so i used this account to login

Neil Muscat030 , sorry i dont understand, are you saying you've used a different email on this account than the one your discord account is made from? you need to make them the same, the support account with the same email as your discord account has not been suspended.

dev, basically what he's trying to say is when he was logged out he had to put his email in and when he logged in here (the forums) he saw his previous requests. he thought since his discord account was suspended that he wouldnt be able to login here with it so he did it without logging in but still gave the email which is why his previous requests got recognized

when he didnt log in (had no account on this website) he made several appeals but couldnt check the ticket ID cause he wasnt logged in, he didnt use a different email just didnt login to his account.

its been either 12 days or more but still no response I think I would do a ticket but since i don't know if i am in the queue or not I DM'ed the twitter account and no response I feel like people are spamming tickets because of the slow response I hope some day or some time I get my response before my account gets deleted I have a about only August 2nd to appeal after all its 30 day time for the disabled account hopefully I get unbanned before that happens

Well, they've closed my oldest tickets from 15 days ago and now the only ones that were open are the ones from 8 days ago. So I'm kind of concerned, now.

Thereclaimer, I also did the same but its like theyre ignoring me on purpose, dsomeone is active on the account but doesnt respond to me
