What should I do if Nelly closes tickets?

I was banned for being too young, I send my data to support, and after a couple of minutes Nelly closes the ticket. As I understand it, this is a bot that filters requests. BUT I wrote tickets as cleanly as possible and without fluff. The account is very good, it was not noticed by anything, it was in the guild, it had nitro for almost 1.5 years. Help me please, I don't know what to do. I'm already desperate.

    reopen em nelly does that for every ticket, add a comment to reopen
