took me 13 days and a few hours to get mine back. I suggest you to submit only ONE message and wait for them to reply first. Once they get back to you, if they end back rejecting, they'll no longer take days to respond anymore.

My Acc ist disabled too. For “failing” a Captcha or something. Its been 13, days by now, but still No reply. Isnt the Acc gonna get deleted after 14 days?!

Yes just like people here it typically takes 12-16 days to get account back. I got mine back after 15 days and that was with 4-5 dulplicate tickets.

Exactly what are their requirements? Cuz my ID's expired and I'm not financially in a position to renew it
