Horrible customer service

The worst support team I’ve ever seen. Account was disabled for seemingly no reason, I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of this for about 3 weeks now, and only have gotten 2 automated replies. My old, demented grandma who’s 80 percent blind in both her eyes can do better then this

    Mine was blocked for a joke of me being 5 years old (im not) and my requests for appeal automatically become “solved” without any discord reply, i mean wtf

    Mine was also blocked for saying I was 6 years old even though my account is 8 years old and I was 13 when I made it so in no universe was I ever under the age of 13 while using discord and I don’t even get replies they just mark it as complete without even responding 🙃

    the “solved” thing is made by a bot, just send a follow up in your ticket and it will be reopened

    it worked for me, i'm still waiting for a answer, it's been 4 days
