Discord marked solved even though my problem is not solved

It's been 15 days since my Discord account was deactivated, I've been trying to get my account back for 15 days, I've been trying to get my account back for 15 days, I can't do anything but wait, but discord marked the issue I opened recently as solved, but it was not solved, but people were experiencing it, the bot automatically marked it, in short, it's a mistake, but the thing that was marked as solved has risen to the top, that is, it says "Last activity 12 hours ago", but this is unrelated to the last ticket I opened, in short, discord marked the solved thing as solved again, does anyone know what the reason is?

    Discord takes over one month to reply to appeals. Be patient and don't open new tickets in the meantime or bump your existing one (that's why they keep closing new tickets you create). Despite what you may have heard, your account won't be deleted if you have a ticket open.
