My account was hacked and discord won’t help me.

Recently I have been studying for school and in that time, I have been hacked, TWICE.

My account InvisibleSpiral (invisiblespiral#0000), changed to Invisiblespiral2 (invisiblespiral#0000) by the hacker is still not given to me after months of me asking for some assistance!

I talked to someone the first time and they helped me, and I provided very little proof that I owned the account. (2 months ago)

The second time (a month ago or so) I gave the same amount of info and they rejected me, since then I opened 2 more tickets on another email account because after I got the account back the first time I changed my email on the account, and both tickets got ignored instantly saying “they can’t help me” even though they helped me before. So I went on my other email, the email it was originally created with and the email that they helped me with first, and sent them a LOT of proof the account was mine and they said “They can’t help me” like WHAT! So I opened another ticket recently (like 4 days ago I think?) and I sent proof like you wouldn’t believe, I logged into my Spotify and my twitter account and did a video on the whole process and showed them the link on the webpage proving authenticity plus those socials are linked to my hacked account, and I also told them the last 4 digits of the credit card linked to my account and also told them the whole process of emails the account has been through (every email previously linked to it before I was hacked) AND they STILL didn’t help me. 

I have my PayPal and credit card info linked to the account, I could be charged big time and I get nothing but they don’t seem to care about literal FRAUD. You would think with my payment info on there they would have a little urgency or maybe even some scepticism about refusing to help me.

I asked them what they need for proof that the account is mine and they didn’t say anything so far, and probably won’t, they seem to love ignoring and not helping me even though it’s their (not to seem rude) but their job, it’s so annoying, but I am never gonna stop trying, this isn’t fair that no matter how much proof I give them or how many times I ask them what they need, they tell me what they need.

I have 2 ”solved” tickets (like they solved anything??) that I am talking in and one recently opened ticket complaining about my account and I have 0 replies on all 3 tickets. One of the tickets even referred to the 2 month old ticket where they first helped me and they still didn’t do anything, I only have Clyde talking to me (once)

What else do I have to do bro?? I need help, my account, it made a server called “Spiral Clan Official” which is linked to my ENTIRE franchise InvisibleSpiral from my YouTube channel to my twitter, Roblox and everything is InvisibleSpiral and I can’t get my server back. This server is lit my entire life and I am not gonna stop trying to get it after I poured my life into it for over 2 years. 2 years I’ll never get back? I’m not letting that go away.

Who can help me or tell me what to do? If they helped me once and I am on the same account I opened the ticket with and I am making a ticket about the same problem but with more evidence and more information why can’t they help me this time? What is so different this time?

I don’t even know what the hacker is doing, I made an alt recently to check on my server and so far, none of my friends, members or I have seen the account online so it’s just a waste and an infuriating experience.
