discords bot nelly wont stop marking things as solved

so, as it happens nelly the bot keeps marking ALL of my tickets ive put in to try to reach out to actual humans as “solved” to which i am not exasperated and frustrated, so much so that im tempted to open a lawsuit with discord themselves just to get some form of actual notification from them because my account was disabled after a paypal blunder being paypal forced a chargeback when i didnt ask them to, now i just cant get in touch with a damn human, and i have friends on that account that have passed away and id like to keep their memories alive.

    the only tickets i had made were the ones i was instructed to do, and now “nelly” has gone and closed them and marked as “solved” without any information or communication from an actual human.

    Just reply to the ticket to reopen it

    How many tickets do you have open? Are they duplicates?

    i have 2 open as the original contact i had the bot or moderator asked me to make another ticket pertaining more details for the issue at hand, now theyre solved i made a 3rd one just to make sure it went through now nothings happened and all i can do withthem is ask for a follow up and it instantly gets closed.

    I wouldn't recommend making new tickets because Nelly will automatically just flag those as solved again. For now, probably just keep replying to all your preexisting ones when they close them. Nelly should keep at least one open, which real humans working at appeals will reach eventually.

    had it all sorted, took around 5 days, but it was sorted and fixed.
