My account recently got disabled because of a joke. (you broke the rule for minimum age requirements discord)

So my account got disabled about 3 days ago and I was wondering when I would get a answer. I made about 5 tickets, 2 of them is for the “update my age” section which I have sent them my ID and a selfie with my username. And 3 of them is general questions, and on every single one of them I got a automated message saying

I really need my account back and I read some reports about this, and they said it takes about 10 days. 10 DAYS FOR WHAT? To just look at 2 images and look at the date of birth? 

The worst part is, the first day when I created the tickets, it was saying that it was solved, thats why I was making more tickets. Because the problem wasnt solved, and the ticket was marked as solved, really weird. I understand that discord does not have as much mods as it needs, but maybe you could make a KYC instead of disabling accounts just like that? I literally got disabled because I said I was 11. But at first I was saying I am 23, 17, then the last message was 11. I just cannot understand this system.

    you have to reply to them to keep them open. And don't feel bad some of us had the exact same problem

    Its kind of easy to fix it aswell… Just make a KYC 13+ (specific for every country) thats it?

    The KYC function will likely be fixed in less than a week, significantly benefiting many users trying to regain access to their accounts. Currently, the process is manual: you need to send your ID and a selfie to verify your age. As mentioned, it takes over 10 days to complete the manual verification, whereas a functional KYC system can verify it within minutes.

    Yeah, I'm saying that while it would be helpful. It's just that every now and then they've managed to find something to screw us over. Whether it's posting certain images or phrases. Or just sharing an server when something horrific is posted
