Hello fellow discord team, i don't know how but my phone number is attached to a discord account i do not know. And i need it in my current account so i can you know.. kinda log on. So it would be really generous of you if you helped me. I can verify my phone number if needed.

    Based on your explanation, you may have accidentally made a second Discord account with only your phone number. You need to log in it then remove the phone number so in this case, please use a different email address to verify the accidental account. Follow the steps below to log into it:

    1. Open an incognito browser window.

    2. Enter your phone number instead of an email address at the login screen: https://discord.com/login

    3. Click 'Forgot Password'.

    4. Follow the link in the SMS sent to you to reset the password.

    5. Log into that account.

    6. Click on the cog icon to go to User Settings > My Account.

    7. Add an email address that is not associated with any Discord account and then verify it.

    8. Click on ‘Remove Phone Number’

    9. At this point you can also click on 'Delete Account' if you wish to remove this account.
