Dear Discord Support,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Discord's lack of service. It is unethical that open source files only available here are being held behind Discord's broken validation process. From my experience so far it could be said Discord is little more then a ("free") paywall stealing marketing data while offering no service in exchange.

Furthermore, the lack of any live support/direct support let alone timely support is infuriating. I have been waiting 5 days for a response to my ticket regarding an invalid phone number. It is incredibly frustrating to have followed Discord's rules and guidelines only to be met with such negligence. 

Can someone please help me out?

    Agreed I'm gooing to be very pissed off if my account doesn't get reinstated. I paid money on this app

    Discord support does not exist… it'll be a few years before they reply to you. I've been waiting since March 2024.
