False age ban

My account (kauanbtw)  was recently banned because I'm a teenager, but I'm not, I've been trying to recover the account for over a month, I've already spent money and I use discord as my job, I've tried countless times to open tickets but they still always refuse because I am Brazilian, I would like to humbly ask that I be unbanned, so I can confirm perfectly that I am 17 years old.
