Discord, please bring back the old support system (through email) it was much faster, what ever happened to it?

Long ago i had problems with my account security and i reached out for support through emailing discord support. Issue was resolved in less than 24 hours, it was extremely fast and i had a very friendly human response in no time. Fast forward to today, my account was falsely disabled and I cannot for the life of me get any response(not even a bot) and it has been days. Tickets marked as solved with no response at all, it’s truly a shame seeing the quality of service degrading. What happened discord?
