[#pls help] discord banned (suspended) my account permanently and they wont give it back

discord suspended my account its 15day ago now and when i open a ticket they said:
its the same message in every ticket they suspended at first time directly idk why or how when i reply to this message they mark it at solved auttomaticly can someone help me pls

    It’s the same for me. I answer again and the ticket opens. Then they send the same message again…
