Audio Quality Disabling Voice Chat

Sample rate and bit depth affect whether or not audio from voice chat is heard.

Choosing anything outside of the normal audio quality has the possibility to affect whether or not voices are audible in headphones or speakers. When troubleshooting, discord's top suggested troubleshooting forum/link for audio problems didn't  account for this as a possible reason for broken audio.
