Add option to simply disable "Activity" - or at least hide it properly, not just collapse

Hello

Between Activity tab bringing nothing interesting to some people (because some don't want to see it), Activity tab disrupting muscle memory even when collapsed (because of resulting offset from extra item) and overall it being in wrong location (above server admins)

I 100% understand why some people may like it. So I am not asking to remove it outright.

Please give us option to opt out of this feature, however. Not just “collapse” and still see it listed above admin roles. No, please give us ability to opt out. Maybe in Activity Settings tab? Activity Privacy, or new tab? If new tab you could also let us select *Where* it appears, if someone wants to have the feature, just not where it is currently placed.

    Yes, please give us the option to remove it.  If I want to know what people are doing, I can see it by their name.  If I want more details, I'll click their name.  Please stop adding clutter.
