Discord, stupid bans and slowest support team imaginable

Discord is absurdly silly, how do you have a support team take so long to respond to tickets but have bans go through within a day?
maybe this wouldn't be so much of a issue if they didn't keep banning people for the slightest of reasons causing so many people to wait in a seemingly infinite queue
I've never ever seen a platform have a support team this bad.

    its almost a world record at this point. the longest ive seen some one say about their ticket was a year, mine is getting on a month and a half now. discords so understaffed its unbearable, so many reports and appeals youd think they have more than 90 people working support.
