Falsely banned for being underage

I'm 14. Our country has 13+ age policy, and I have sent evidence of myself, id card and the piece of paper asked for.  My ticket is #48557823 and it hasn;t been responded to. 2 days ago this has happened as I said a sarcasm joke saying “yeah like I'm 10” to someone. Please help.

    it took them 10 days to respond to me. i was in the exact same boat as yall. good luck
